There are three main parking areas. 

Option #1 is the Downtown Auto Park just across the street from the entrance of the 4Marq Apartments.
Weekend prices are $6.00.

Option #2 is at The Nic on Fifth Apartment Parking! The Entrance is in the ally between the 4Marq Apartments and The Nic on Fifth Apartments. Weekend pricing is $5.

Option #3 is at The 365 Apartment building across the street from our door entrance on s. 4th Street. 

There is also ample parking spots that can be found in the surrounding streets of Nicollet Mall, Marquette Ave., S. 4th St. & 2nd Ave. S. 

We are located on the corner of the 4Marq Luxury Apartment Building.  Our door entrance is on the side facing S. 4th Street.
