TERMS & CONDITIONS:
MONTHLY memberships are renewed for 3 months, cannot be rolled over or transferred and can be cancelled at any time.
EZ PASS memberships are only valid for 6 months, cannot be cancelled, rolled over or refunded but may be transferred to family or friends.
Being more than 30 minutes late may result in having your appointment either shortened or rescheduled. Unused membership services cannot be used as a dollar amount towards other services. Membership payments are non-refundable. Appointment rescheduling and cancellations are unlimited, but services must be redeemed within that month. To reschedule or cancel any membership appointments within 24 hours of your appointment, please call the salon as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in 100% forfeiture of that service.
