Designs and Structure gel are not included in manicure packages. If your membership is set to end. It cannot be rescheduled to a later date outside of your membership period. As it will be considered as a rollover. Unused membership services can not be rolled over. Membership services cannot be transferred, upgraded or traded for other services. All membership payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may reschedule or cancel your own appointment as many times as needed 24+ hrs in advance within your membership period. If you need to reschedule or cancel your membership appointment within the 24 hrs before your appointed time, you must call to do so. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your service for the month.
