Here at Little Luxuries Nails & Little Luxuries Lashes, we like to remind everyone it’s always “the little things” that matter most.  Which is why for a small business like ours, we care so much about the “little details” of carefully packaging and thoroughly inspecting all items prior to shipping.  This is our way of ensuring that products are received in the same quality condition they were sent out in.  In the rare event products are damaged, defective or not received due to circumstances outside our control, case depending, we may allow for exchanges. (Refer to EXCHANGES information below)




All purchases are FINAL & non-refundable. Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of some items, Little Luxuries Nails & Little Luxuries Lashes does not issue any refunds.




If an item you received appears to be damaged or defective, please email us at (llnaillounge@gmail.com) within 1 WEEK of receiving your product(s) with the order # number and photographic proof of the defective or damaged item(s).  *If your order was DAMAGED due to shipping causes, please save all packaging materials for photographic references.  Some cases may require further validation and approval and decisions will be made at the discretion of Little Luxuries Nails & Little Luxuries Lashes for exchanges. 

If the claim passes the 7 day period after receiving the product(s), Little Luxuries Nails & Little Luxuries Lashes reserves the right to refuse a replacement at any time.

For any damaged, defective, or missing (never received) purchases shipped via PRIORITY MAIL (*only applies if you chose this shipping option during checkout), Little Luxuries Nails & Little Luxuries Lashes will replace products up to $50.




Processing times for orders usually take around 3-5 days. Once an order is processed and shipped out you will receive an email notification of your order being completed with a tracking #.

Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Little Luxuries Nails & Little Luxuries Lashes are not liable for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS/UPS/FedEx to the local carrier in your country or air ground transportation strikes or delays. Should you experience any further issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as we would only see the same shipping history using your tracking # on our end.  

Little Luxuries Nails & Little Luxuries Lashes are not liable for any shipments that are stolen, lost or damaged in transit or sent to any incorrect addresses.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs varies depending on the weight of your products and packaging 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
